Good work. I'm always joyful whenever any mother gets the Yeasty Beasties
under control. I do urge a mother to taper off the treatments because the
balance of yeast and healthful bacteria is tenuous for a while. I recommend
that, after all seems well, she continue for 2 weeks the treatment with
APNO, acidophilus, immune system boosters like garlic, bifidus for baby and
a stellar diet. That gives her and her baby's system time to restore solid
balance.
Pat Gima, IBCLC, who is off to see 2 cases of yeast overgrowth today.
