Excuse me? Just pump and dump for two weeks because it's standard
procedure? Whose standard procedure? And what kind of a reason is that
anyway? I've not heard of anything so wickedly ignorant for a long time and
I've heard a lot. How is she going to just wean for 2 weeks a 9 month old
baby? What harm could come to the baby from nursing? And what harm could
come from forced weaning? The answer to the latter is: plenty. And what
harm to the mother? Don't know. What sort of surgery could she be having
that could be so influenced by breastfeeding?
