Kind of amazing that this has been promulgated from a 1994 mention in Lawrence's text.  I wonder where she heard of it.  What a wonderful opportunity for some sort of research.  We could all be info gatherers if someone would want to write up a research study  We could do it all on line.    (hint, hint Gail)  Pat in SNJ.
