1.Separation of mother and baby - facilitate non separation policy

2.Each HCP saying something different to mom - basic BF ed for all HCPs.
Consequences for poor info, poor practices etc.

3.Lack of follow up after discharge.  Drop in BF clinic for all babies to
come back for weight checks and reassurance.
