 At 13 weeks she called complaining of sharp

You might consider some chiropractic or cranial sacral work for the baby if
you have it available.  There may be some tension in the jaw or other
asymetrical problem.

Often when it is just one side there is something structural that can be
resolved quite easily with proper help.
