It basically states what Nikki Lee posted on the components of colostrum.  
Then, at the onset of the copious secretion of milk in LII, there is a decrease 
in sodium and total protein and increase in lactose and citrate.  Secretion of 
sIgA and lactoferrin concentration is reduced as breastmilk volume increases.

It also notes the term "colostrum" and "transitional milk" are not useful 
distinctions, but should be viewed as part of a continuum wherein rapid 
changes in composition during first 4 days pp, then slowly changing in various 
milk components throughout lactation.
