reducing health care costs through breastfeeding, I have a question.

I would like to cite this work in an upcoming publication, but need to know
how it is (accurately and) appropriately cited.  If you know about WHO did
this study, could you please get back to me?  Even an address of Kaiser
Permanente office would suffice. I will take it from there.
