I suppose it is possible that gasoline could go into the milk in
enough quantity to cause the milk to taste bad and cause the baby to
throw up.  (It could have been inhaled and/or absorbed through the
skin)  However, she should start offering the baby the breast again.
It has surely been long enough.

By the way, the baby does not need formula at 7 months of age.  And it
should not be given by bottle either.
