Rob,
My personal experience with three children who bfed first child for 33 months
and most of a pregnancy, and the second who bfed throughout the next pregnancy
and beyond was that the milk came in on day three in each case.  This was
confirmed absolutely by my toddler who three days postpartum asked to nurse
and when he L/O his eyes grew big as saucers and he exclaimed, "The milk is
back!"  That's a memory I wouldn't trade for anything!
