This book is available from amazon.com.uk - there is a four to six week
delay.  If you already order from amazon.com, your password will work on this
site.  It costs an additional 4.95 pounds for air shipping (that's to NJ, not
sure if CA would be more) which translates to about $7.50 to airship it from
UK to US (not bad if you've sent packages abroad)
