     You may have more luck with a pediatric dentist looking at the baby.
 Maybe telephone a few and see what they say.  Dr. Brian Palmer, a
dentist who practices in Kansas City, mentioned the labial frenulum
sometimes being a problem during his fascinating presention in Scottsdale
last June.   It would be worth it to me to pay for the office visit
whether insurance covered it or not.
