A pedi at our birthing center recently voiced concerns that a mom wanted
to start the Adkins diet and asked us for info on contraindications
while BF.  Although we were able to find lots of info on why a healthy
diet is important, we were not able to find specific info on low carb
diets and BF.  The mom was reported to have said, "No one can tell me
why I shouldn't, so I'm going to do it anyway."  Clearly Mom has weight
issues that pehaps fall out of our spectrum of care...Any info you know
