If the mother has non contageous tb, then it is *non contagious*,
isn't it?  So what exactly is the problem?  This sounds like another
physician who resents women breastfeeding more than three days.
Sinusitis is also not a problem.  By the way, non contagious tb is not
a standard medical usage.
