Whether the OB or the Ped does the circ is a matter of local custom.  Here,
in Altoona, PA, the Peds do the circs.  When I practiced in Orange, CA, the
OBs did them (I did many of my own patients, however, but I think I was the
only ped on staff who did do circs).

It makes more sense to me that the Ped should do the procedure.  After all,
we'll be following the baby!
