I do not, as an IBCLC, feel that my role is only to fix the problems that
are severe. I often spend a lot of time in providing breastfeedindg
support, as well as tools for use where there are problems. I do spend a
considerable amount of time helping moms who are at the end of their ropes,
and whose last stop is my office, because nothing else that they have heard
has helped.

This discussion is not intended personally, but I do not think that we are
only here to take care of the train wrecks.
