     The first thing would be get rid of the Eve..... pump.  Get her a  good
hospital grade electric (pump double pumping).  The other one will not
provide enough stimulation to increase hormone level. It won't empty ducts
adequately.  It could cause frustration because in my experience very few
moms can express much milk with it, and that can give a false impression
that the milk is gone.  The white "globs" may be milk that has globbed in
the ducts.  Have seen that happen with plugged duct when it "unplugs".
Hopefully she can get some supply back, there is never any guarantees.  You
might also look into the archives about adding something such as fenugreek,
blessed thistle etc.
