So nice to find you on Lactnet!
I didn't realize that the compression and elongation of the skull during
birth could also affect the shape of the mouth and palate.  Thanks for
sharing that case.
I think the point you make about stress of new parenting vs bf is very
important.  So many new moms attribute their difficulty dealing with the baby
to bf, when it's really adjusting to parenthood.  I try to stress that bf
makes parenting easier, not harder.
