According to Hale, there has been one case report of apnea in a baby
whose mother took one dose of dicyclomine.  Given the long history of
large amounts of this drug used for "colicky" babies, with side
effects relatively rare, I doubt this drug was the cause of the baby's
apnea.  Especially since the amount that gets into the milk is tiny.
