Once again a personal question.  As a disclaimer, I must say that I  
see families at home and with the baby present, so haven't as much  
experience with full time pumping for preemies.
My daughter is getting a rash on her breasts after pumping, it fades  
by the time she is ready to pump again, but it is very  
uncomfortable.  I checked some of my references, didn't find anything.
Her nipples are fine, this seems related to the pump flange.
She hasn't shown any other allergies to silicone or latex.
