  interesting question... i do not know if anyone has looked at this... the
components will certianly become more concentrated....much as in the early
states where the milk quantity is small and nutrient concentration is high...
as milk increases the nutrient concentration lessens BUT the infant's intake
increases... this will reverse when the infant takes less.....
