Using domperidone while pregnant is not recommended.

1. the amount that gets to the fetus is far greater than it would be to a
nursling through the milk, at a much more sensitive time.
2. prolactin is already high during pregnancy, and its effects are blocked
by the hormones of pregnancy.  Raising prolactin higher still, if it works,
will not do much for the milk supply, because the hormones of pregnancy will
still interefere.
