How about:" What do you know about breastfeeding"
We always discuss this at our breastfeeding coordinators' quarterly
meetings, how best to word this question on the prenatal screening form.
The question we now have reads:
How do you feel about breastfeeding? The mom needs to check one of three
choices: good idea, not for me, not sure

There is no question that asks: how do you feel about formula
feeding.....
