Hi, 
Regarding the milk setting out too long in the bottle holder/nightlight and
growing bacteria they too have a concern with this.   As I read further, it
suggested that other liquids might be used.  Tea or a liquid with
artificial sweetner!!!   Can you imagine!!  Yuk is right.
