A conversation amongst women who have breastfed during pregnancy and their
various experiences of nipple soreness or lack thereof has me curious about
the research. Any references? Just look at Adventures in Tandem Nursing?

These women are noting everything from nearly unbearable pain to little or
no pain. It's got me wondering what makes the difference, and if there is
something we can suggest to make things more comfortable for mothers who are
breastfeeding during pregnancy.
