Medical marihuana is legal in many states in the USA.  It might not be in 
your state but it is in mine and many others.  Just last night I was out to 
dinner with several OB nurses, CNM's and myself when the issue of medical 
marihuana was discussed.  I am definitely not dismissing altered state of 
mind with use and possible other problems.  I just wanted to clarify that it 
is indeed legal by state law, not federal law two different things.
