sharon said: She stated that she weaned her first
baby at 12 weeks,
because
of this reason (the lopsided appearance of her
breasts). She is very
upset
about this. Is there any way she can increase the milk
production in
just
one breast? I know from recent reports that it is not
recommended to
nurse
on one breast only, and this would only increase the
lopsided
appearance.

what reports are these that dis-recommend feeding on
one side only? I know many women who have done it,
and last I knew, it was recommended.

As far as the lopsided appearance, how about a small
prosthesis, or semi-prosthesis? I'm lopsided, but
never even noticed until recently. I can't imagine
most people would or that it really matters in the
grand scheme of "to breastfeed, or not".
