I would suggest to any parent in this situation that they contact a
lawyer.
I attended a seminar given by Marsha Walker a number of years ago. She
stated that there has been precedent set for "interferring with
breastfeeding".
Personally, I appall our sue me - sue you society. However the legal
system can work and this nurse has seriously compromised their child's
health. Changing flora in the gut, contributing to future allergic
reactions...A consultation with an attorney, who would send a letter to
the Hospital Administrator may bring results.
