Get ahold of the Journal of Human Lactation for September 1991. There is
a word for word transcript of Joanne Scott as expert witness. I don't
know if it will help you in regards to 4 year old as she discusses the
physiologic age of weaning as 3 years old but the issue is excellent.
Linda Smith also has an article in this issue.  ANother is on tips as
witness etc.
