By "we", do you mean LC's? I know I have said this before, but I feel it is important to say it again. When you make comments like this, you imply we are all (and should be) in agreement about vaccines. While vaccines are commonly promoted by most allopathic HCP's, they are not by all HCP's (certainly not by the majority of holistic practitioners), nor are they supported by all LC's, LLLL's, etc. "We" will not be lobbying for mandatory registries, and indeed some of "us" will be vehemently opposing them.
     Another point to make is that such registries would miss almost every single mother I know personally (as a friend) who breastfeeds, as well as many more I don't and that would include almost all exclusive and normal-term nursing moms.
