I seem to remember someone's child/teenager testing to see what colonized faster, formula or breastmilk.  I forget the results in terms of days, but the fact was that the EBM didn't colonize.  So it seems to me freezing after refrigeration is not a problem.

Is there a loss of nutrients that goes with prolonged refrigeration?
