Hi All

 

I am having resistance to pumping where I work.

 

I am continually asking staff to encourage mother to pump if they are
separated from their babies, they start the mothers hand expressing but the
pumping often dosent get started until 24 hrs later.

Can anyone give me names of research  papers, web sites or evidence  that I
can give them to read. I need hard facts or research to show it is in the
interest of those mothers and babies.
