And there are some women who might not want that extra pair of hands on her
breasts. Speaking for myself, after a 'normal' vaginal delivery in a UK
hospital I felt so violated and buggered about in general, I might have
found someone massaging my breasts -- even if that person was the father of
my baby -- totally intrusive and an additional burden (someone else to be
included).
