Judy,

So sorry that your father was not advised about diet and exercise
earlier. It seems that along with the freedoms that we enjoy in the US
there seems to be an expectation that we also have the freedom to do
things that are not in our best interest without being confronted with the
risks. When the majority of our country still feels that formula is a
reasonable choice in most of if not all cases we are going to have a hard
time getting information on the risks out. Guilt can be a healthy
emotion. How many times have you done the right thing because you felt
guilty? I would really like to see warning labels on infant formula. If
you have been in a PetCo lately you will notice warning labels on puppy
and kitten formula. So sad that more value is placed on the health of a
puppy or kitten than a human infant.
