I'm confused by your post...Are you talking about polycystic ovarian syndrome 
or a pituitary adenoma?

In PCOS, it's LH that's oversecreted, probably tonically secreted, and the FSH 
is low or normal.  The LH/FSH ratio is elevated and is used in diagnosis. In the 
NIH definition of PCOS, there's no mention of thyroid issues or ACTH. And the 
insulin abnormalities do have an impact on milk supply since insulin is vitally 
important in milk production.  

Can you clarify?
