Skin to skin warms babies better than warmers - good study and good change
in practice. I also read on lactnet a while ago that skin to skin increases
blood sugar level (glucose) I think due to less cold stress too. For those
of us still fighting the hypoglycemia battles, this is useful info. Keep
those babies skin to skin w/ the moms. At our hosp they think blanket to
mom's hosp gown = skin to skin. Sigh.
