I am posting for the first time so let me know if I did this wrong. Please and thank you.

Do you know what state it was? Different state coalitions have programs to teach child care centers about breastmilk. Also if they are on the food program they maybe worried they wouldn't get reimbursed if the child is still drinking breastmilk after one. But that isn't the case. Also North Carolina has good information about breastmilk in a the child care center. It is just lack of education.
