I don't think FTT is used for insurance purposes over slow weight gain.
Both have their own ICD-9 code number assigned.  Someone may think FTT
sounds more serious and therefore, would get more attention (and money)
from an insurer.  But their computers are not capable of sympathy....
That's why everything has a number assigned to it:  computers can read
them and correlate them to lists of covered items with the same code.
