Areolor engorgement

I am unable to connect to the archives due to the listserv not being
started, so they have said.  I need some info on areolar
engorgement or anything else that may be causing swollen areolar
on day 2 in a primip.  Looks almost like cellulitis, never seen this
before, any ideas?
