Hi, Karen, to my knowledge no study has been done that compared headache
incidence in breastfeeding and bottlefeeding women.  One study looked at
incidence in the early postpartum period but didn't identify whether
subjects were lactating or not (Stein, G. Headaches in the first
postpartum week and their relationship to migraine, Headache 21:201-5,
1981).
