  I'm trying to justify an employee pumping room separate from the lactation outpatient assessment room.  (I work in a hospital).  Aside from the fact that the outpatient room would not be available 24 hours, does anyone have any information on literature supporting a separate room for hospital employees to pump and store their milk?
