Yesterday, I saw a baby boy who has been off the breast since
Thanksgiving because of fussiness, gas, etc.  He will be three months old on
the 25th.  He has been fed soy ABM with the worst bottle nipples possible and
was using the worst pacy available, IMHO.  He immediately went to breast and
nursed 6 oz. in SNS, without missing a beat, little sighs of contentment and
big beautiful eyes looking up at mom and saying "thanx".
     Today, Mom called and said he must be getting some breast milk because
he is starting to get "gassy again".  I've suggested cutting out dairy.
     These are the successes that keep me going.
