Anyone with info on  visitation issues when bf is involved please help.  One
of my employees is having problems with her childs father.  he has never been
involved in her life at all ( from what it sounds like to me)  but now wants
regular visitation of their daughter.  Apparently his parents were paying the
child support while he was in grad school and now he is out and is having to
pay this himself.  he wants her for weekends etc.. has a new wife and child
now and apparently the wife is an alcoholic.  Besides the fact that my
employee just doesnt want her daughter in that environment, she is nursing (
child is 20 months)  I need facts on the benefits of extended nursing and the
possible probs for this todler if seperated for long lenghts of time.  I am
probably going to testify on her behalf as an expert.  thanks very much.
