Hi Cindy
we had the Symphony on trial where I work and often the mothers who are used
to the Lactina (blue pump) commented to me that the yield is better with the
Lactina. Even staff who tried it say the same thing. I don't have an answer
as to why this is so. I mentioned this to the rep and she said it was "just
what they are used to" .
However I don't think you can dismiss this observation as easily as that, as
it seemed a common comment.

Has your client gone back to using the Lactina and has she noticed any
difference?

Cindy says:
". ...She rented a lactina when the baby was transferred to a regional
center and used it every 2 - 3 hours. She has been back at our facility for
6 days and was using the lactina till today I tried the Symphony with her.
She is only yielding about 1 ounce total per pump, but her breast have
increased from a c to an e cup and they feel full...."
