Hi all.  I have battled with the search command and must admit defeat.
After following the instructions from Norm, I either get all the posts
(from the computer at the liBRAry.ummed) or none of the posts.  What I am
looking for is what types of bras do you recommend for people who want a
snug, supportive bra for exercise while they are nursing.  I know tight
bras can cause plugged ducts, but there has to be a bra that is firm enough
for vigorous exercise that won't cause problems for a nursing mother.  I am
obviously not going to get any help from the archives, so I turn to the
real, live people for help.  I would be interested in knowing brands and/or
styles/models that you would recommend to a nursing mother who is fitness
walking, jogging, biking, etc and does not like to bounce as she goes.
