For Dr. Tom or Dr. Jack: Just got a call from a nurse at a local hospital.
She has a mother with CP who is pumping for a preemie. The mother has to
take ditropan (oxybutynin chloride) at night for bladder control. We can't
find ditropan in any of our resources. The nurse wants to know (1) is it
compatible with breastfeeding and (2) will it or how will it affect letdown
since it acts on the smooth muscles to make them tighter. Thanks for your
help. :) Keitha
