Hi Iona -- Thanks for checking with Pinky McKay! I forwarded your info to
the mother who first sent asked about the site. She did some looking at
Clickbank and said that there is one thing she can do - and that's remove
her book from clickbank if she's truly concerned about who's promoting her
book and how it's being sold.  She noted, "There are plenty of other ways to
offer affiliations that give the originator full control over who they
associate their name with." Hope that's of use to her.
