Nikki this is an issue here, too. Even when babies are placed skin to skin,
that all important eye contact between mother and baby often does not happen
because a phone is what the mother is gazing at.  :(  The poor baby gets to
look at the back of the device.  I would love to ban such devices from the
maternity unit.
