I have been working with a baby that has been having problem with the
transferring of milk

Mom has a good milk supply, protecting it by pumping at least 8x in 24hr.
The baby has a good latch and suck, normal frenulum, nice palate, but not
transferring the milk. I do not hear or see him swallowing, he nibbles at
the breast the entire time, and I occasionally hear and see him
swallowing. No clicking noises. There is no milk dribbling out of his
mouth, he has a good latch, and does not want to be taken off, and does not
fall off the breast I accompanied mom and baby for his 2 visits of CST.
Right after the cst, the baby began swallowing and was transferring milk
with success throughout the entire feedings of the two breasts. But the
following feedings he start nibbling again! He has been improving, but
still he does lots of nibbling at the breast, even during compression. Baby
is growing well, by EBM, via bottle.

The baby was born vag. delivery and he is now 1 month old.

Beside, protecting the milk supply, s2s and cst, what also should I suggest
this mom?

I thank you all in advance
