Hi,

I found the latest article submitted to the breastfeeding journal very
intriguing. I have never heard of using peppermint oil in water for
prevention of sore nipples and would like to know if any of you know how
much peppermint oil to use. It just said that the peppermint oil was added
to 1 liter of distilled water and moms placed this on nipples after
breastfeeding. (the study compared using expressed breastmilk or peppermint
oil) Anyone know how much peppermint oil to use?????
