On about the 4th attempt, I found a way through the miasma of "we're 
really really helpful and have lots of option for you but none of them 
mean you can actually contact us" complaint screens and found a way to 
actually write out a complaint in under 150 words or so.  I don't know 
if I'll ever mange to find my route back to it - but it does exist.

Some of us are planning to upload proper breastfeeding info ones - it's 
on the 'to do' list.
